Summary: While the outside property is pretty ordinary, my room was very clean and functional and my towels & wastebasket were replaced during my stay even tho it was only for two nights. That's really mainly what it care about anyway. Check in was...a little cramped, but that's because the motel itself is a little dated. It was hard to hear the hosts speaking thru the thick plexiglass, and no where, not in the anteroom or in my room, did I see a posted notice of check out time or procedures (10am, NOT 11am as stated on Expedia, and $20 per hour for late check out, and bring the key to the reception area when you leave, apparently). Check out time did appear on a tiny little screen (1"x3") pushed under the window for me to e-sign, difficult to read with all the glare, but read it before you sign because the info is posted no where else. And they will require a credit card so they can pre-charge you $50 for room damages, which they refunded to me after check out. I guess there are a lot of people who abuse rented properties so I can't fault them for being proactive. Difficult parking lot because it's blocked at the back and I ended up just back up along the length of the building to get out.
